PROCESS

1. I begin with a conversation about you and your project. I will have questions about your vision, dreams and lifestyle. You will have questions for me. And, together we decide whether we are a good match. At this point, I determine which services best align with your goals and provide you with a proposal.


2. Once we decide to move forward (and depending on which services you hire me for), I continue to gather information about the project’s specifics. Your objectives, schedule, priorities and budget are all part of this. We'll also explore constraints such as zoning or site limitations.


3. Full design service is typically divided into phases, starting with conceptual designs. I use plans and computer generated renderings to communicate my ideas. And, I often provide more than one approach to the project in order to explore, with you, different solutions to address your needs.
   
   
4. The next phase is to synthesize varied ideas into one cohesive design. And, with each consecutive phase, I continue to advance the design, adding more detail, and ultimately see that your project is built and your dream becomes reality.

Building and remodeling are significant, and often emotional endeavors. My goal is to clearly communicate steps, schedules and expectations so that you may enjoy the process.
